Coolant Collector Tank
<\/strong>Space-saving cylinder or rectangular design.<\/p><\/div>\n

Cooling Tube<\/strong>
Water-saving and highly efficient! The stainless steel pipes
ensure the maximum possible heat exchange surface while
requiring only minimal space. Due to their small crosssection
and the high-polish design, the pipes have a self-cleaning effect.
The lid is not welded shut and can thus be removed for cleaning.<\/p><\/div>\n

Heating Unit<\/strong>
The heating unit with evenly distributed vertical and horizontal
boiler tubes is suitable for wood, oil or gas opera tion,
thus maintaining a constant heat output when using one
of these fuel types. Even boiling is guaranteed and overheating
in single spots is prevented. This special heating
unit provides optimal heat exchange with low fuel input
and waste gas emissions. Optionally, the distillery can also
be heated with electricity or steam.<\/p><\/div>\n

Water Bath
<\/strong>Extra-large stainless steel water bath and large flue gas
cooler (standard feature). The excellent insulation of the
water bath and the stainless steel outer casing are easy to
remove.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Special Pomace Outlet Nozzle
<\/strong>Our equipment adapts to the individual requirements.
For pomace distillates, we offer an oversized outlet with
a diameter of up to 300 mm and a quick-release opening
mechanism.<\/p><\/div>\n

Copper Still
<\/strong>Made from tempered, massive copper. The hemispherical
design provides optimal efficiency for the thermal circulation
of the mash as well as excellent discharge properties.
Even in the event of excessive foam formation, the bubble
cap trays will not become soiled.<\/p><\/div>\n

Optimized Fine Distillation Columns
<\/strong>for Highly Aromatic Distillates
Integrated, proven system with individually engageable,
specially coordinated fine distillate bottoms with maximized
copper contact surface. This continuously further developed
design ensures that the desired flavors unfold and are
separated from unwanted components. The interplay of
the specially developed fine distillate bubble plates and the
copper tube dephlegmator guarantee that the aroma
components are concentrated in the heart cut and fused
without any fusel oil formation. Due to this working
method, the various mash components are completely
separated from one another. The column and still can be
illuminated upon request (optional).<\/p><\/div>\n

Patented Copper Catalytic Converter
<\/strong>The lamella design significantly contributes to improving
the distillate. The innovative catalytic converter technology
guarantees a reduction of unwanted acid content as well as
cyan ide and ethyl carbamate levels well below the
legally stipulated limits. A complete cleaning does not
require dismounting of any parts. To suit lower ceiling
heights, the catalytic converter can also be mounted at the
side of the distillery. Due to the vertical design of the lamella
catalytic converter, the distillation process does not require
any pressure, which achieves excellent flow conditions and
maximum efficiency. Sensory and scientific studies
conducted by Hohenheim University have demonstrated
the indisputable qualitative advantages of distillates
produced with our catalytic converter.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Copper Tube Dephlegmator<\/strong>
The copper tube bundle makes it possible to install a
maximum heat exchange area in the smallest space. The
numerous cooling pipes form an extremely large and
effective cooling surface. As a result, the dephlegmator is
especially efficient and water-saving. The cooling area and
coolant temperature can be variably adjusted by means of
a user-friendly control system. This special design lets the
dephlegmator respond instantly to changes, which is an
important feature for the production of fine distillates.
